Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Makro Investment, Inc. (“Makro”, “we”, “us”), 115 Perimeter Center Pl #100, Atlanta, GA 30346, handles your data when you use Inspector Coach at hi.smartrealtyacademy.com.

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email address and your password stored as a cryptographic hash (never in readable form). Also the promo code you used, if any.
• Practices: text transcripts of your conversations with the AI client or realtor, the scenario, level, language, your scores and the generated feedback.
• Voice: if you practice by voice, the audio is converted to text by your own browser's speech recognition service (for example, Chrome or Safari). We receive only the text; we do not receive or store your audio. Your browser provider may process the audio under its own privacy policy.
• Usage and technical metrics: access dates, number of practices, amount of text processed (tokens), device and browser type, IP address and error logs.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We only receive your Stripe customer ID, your plan and your subscription status (active, canceled, payment pending). We never see or store your card number.

2. Why we use it

• To create and maintain your account and let you log in.
• To generate the AI client or realtor's replies and score your practice.
• To show your history, level progress and certifications.
• To manage your free trial and subscription.
• To send service emails: verification, receipts, renewal notices, failed payments and important changes.
• To apply fair-use limits, prevent abuse and fraud, and keep the Service secure.
• To improve the quality of scenarios and feedback, using aggregated or de-identified data wherever possible.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf and only to provide the Service:

• Stripe: payments, subscriptions and the subscription management portal.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS SES): sending service emails.
• An AI language-model provider: processes the text of your practices to generate the client or realtor's replies and the evaluation. We do not send it your card or password.
• Hosting providers in the United States: the servers and databases that run the Service.

We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of the company, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

4. How long we keep it

• Account data, practices and scores: while your account is active, so you keep your history.
• If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days. Backups are purged on their normal cycle, within 90 days at most.
• Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Technical and security logs: for a limited period, normally no more than 12 months.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Give you a copy of your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and data.
• Stop sending you emails that are not required for the service.

Email info@hagaseinstitute.com from your account's email address. We will respond within 30 days. If you live in a state with specific privacy laws (such as California), you have the rights those laws give you, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted access to data and providers with recognized security practices. No system is perfect; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Children

The Service is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you logged in and protect your account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. The effective date above shows the current version.
