Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what you agree to

Inspector Coach (the “Service”) is operated by Makro Investment, Inc. (“Makro”, “we”, “us”), 115 Perimeter Center Pl #100, Atlanta, GA 30346, USA, under the Smart Realty Academy brand. By creating an account or using the Service at hi.smartrealtyacademy.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Inspector Coach lets you practice home-inspection sales conversations. An artificial intelligence plays a client or a realtor and you play the home inspector, by voice or text. At the end you receive a score and feedback.

• The Service is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax or brokerage advice, and it does not replace the training your license requires or your broker's policies.
• AI responses are generated automatically and may be imperfect, incomplete or wrong. Homeowners, prices and situations in practices are fictional. Verify any information before using it with a real client.
• We design the coach to teach within federal Fair Housing law, never promise sale prices, never invent market statistics and always present commission as negotiable. You remain responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to you.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into these Terms.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Each account is for one person. Do not share or resell it.

4. Free trials with promo codes

• Some promo codes, such as INSPECTOR, give full access free for a limited time (for example, 30 days) without requiring a card.
• One free trial per person and per email address. Creating multiple accounts to repeat a trial is not allowed.
• We may change or end a promo code for new sign-ups and revoke a trial if we detect abuse or fraud.
• If you signed up without a card, nothing is charged when the trial ends: practices pause until you choose a plan.

5. Subscriptions, prices and auto-renewal

• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews at the end of each period and is charged to your payment method on file until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are in US dollars and may include taxes where applicable.
• Price changes: if we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal; you can cancel before then if you do not agree.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel anytime from My account → Manage subscription, or by emailing info@hagaseinstitute.com. The steps are in Cancellation and Renewal.
• When you cancel, renewal stops and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• We do not refund partial or unused periods, except where applicable law requires it.

7. Failed payments

If a charge fails, Stripe will automatically retry the payment over several days and we will notify you by email. While payment is outstanding, access to practices may be paused. Updating your payment method restores access. If payment is not resolved, the subscription may be canceled.

8. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Use it to harass, discriminate or produce illegal content, including content that violates Fair Housing laws.
• Extract content in automated ways (scraping, bots, scripts) or attempt to copy the scenarios, lessons or rubrics.
• Try to breach security, overload the system, or manipulate the AI into producing harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense or share access.

Fair-use limits: to protect the quality of the Service for everyone, we apply a daily limit on practices per account. The limit is generous for normal personal use and may be adjusted over time.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including the software, scenarios, lessons, rubrics, text, design and trademarks, belongs to Makro or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it while your account is active.

10. Your content

What you type or say in practices (converted to text) and the resulting scores are “your content”. You permit us to process it in order to provide the Service: generating the client or realtor's replies, scoring you, showing your history and improving the quality of the Service. We do not sell your content. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI responses will be accurate, or that practicing will get you clients, referrals or income.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Makro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, business or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new version.
